PC Diagnostic Service

1. Tell us what the PC is doing. 2. Complete the $59 diagnostic payment. 3. We typically respond within 1 business day to coordinate the eligible Charlotte-area service step. 4. Findings are usually provided within 1–3 business days after the computer is received. We explain the findings and recommended next steps before additional repair work is approved.

The $59 charge covers service intake, diagnostic work, findings, and an honest repair estimate. It is fully credited toward an approved repair. Repair labor and parts are not included; labor starts at $89 per hour with a one-hour minimum, and parts require approval and payment before ordering.

Overclocked Ops has no public walk-in, customer appointment, drop-off, or customer pickup location. Local device pickup or return by Overclocked Ops is $25 each way within 15 miles of Charlotte. Travel beyond 15 miles is quoted and approved before purchase. Onsite support at the customer’s location is $109 for the first hour and $89 for each additional hour.

You may cancel for a full refund before diagnostic work begins. Once diagnostics begin, the $59 charge is nonrefundable and completed diagnostics remain chargeable. If Overclocked Ops cannot provide the purchased diagnostic service, the charge will be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.

Repair workmanship is covered for 90 days. Replacement parts remain subject to their manufacturers’ warranties. Coverage excludes malware reinfection, data loss, accidental damage, power events, customer modifications, overclocking outside approved settings, and unrelated failures.
