Custom PC Planning Deposit

1. Tell us your goals, budget, games or workloads, performance target, style, and timeline. 2. Pay the $99 planning deposit. 3. We typically respond within 1 business day and provide an initial build direction within 2–3 business days after receiving complete requirements. 4. We review the proposed build direction with you before a full-system purchase is required.

The $99 deposit includes consultation, compatibility review, current component-price research, and a detailed gaming, workstation, streaming, or compute PC proposal. It is fully credited toward the completed PC if purchased within 14 days. It does not include parts, assembly, tax, delivery, or the remaining build balance.

Quotes expire after 24 hours because supplier prices and availability can change. Full payment of the approved build total is required before Overclocked Ops orders parts. Any substitution or material price change requires customer approval.

The $99 planning deposit becomes nonrefundable once planning work begins. You may cancel for a full refund only before planning begins. If Overclocked Ops cannot provide the purchased planning service, the deposit will be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. A custom build may be cancelled before parts are ordered. After parts are ordered, any refund is reduced by nonrecoverable supplier charges, return shipping, restocking costs, and completed labor. Completed customized PCs are not generally returnable for preference changes; defects and warranty obligations remain covered.

PC assembly workmanship is covered for 90 days. Components remain subject to their manufacturers’ warranties. Coverage excludes malware reinfection, data loss, accidental damage, power events, customer modifications, overclocking outside approved settings, and unrelated failures. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.
